In general the majority of Shoulder problems will be helped by using the
Equissage Back Pack on a daily basis in the Saddle position for 20 minutes at speed 5-6, however we recommend the use of the Hand Pack in conjunction with the Back Pack daily until the problem is cleared up and then once or twice a week for optimum maintenance of movement. |

Using the Hand Pack at medium to high speed take three slow “C” shaped movements from the base of the neck down and round to the base of the shoulder, following the forward articulation of the shoulder. |
