Additionally, every client receives personalised service from one of our therapy consultants, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from the therapy system. This level of care and customisation is why we do not offer the system for purchase online.
During a free demonstration, a therapy consultant will visit you and your horse to discuss your current concerns and future plans. They’ll ask you some questions to learn more about your specific situation, ensuring that the demonstration is tailored to your needs. The consultant will explain how Equissage works, give you a chance to feel the therapy for yourself, and then treat your horse while showing you how easy it is to use.
A free demonstration can take up to two hours, so it's important to set aside enough time to get the most out of the experience. If you’re considering setting up your own therapy system, it’s a good idea to invite anyone who helps you with your horses to join the demonstration. This way, they can also learn about the benefits and usage of the system.
If you’re ready to move forward, the consultatant will discuss pricing and the various options available. Sometimes, if they have equipment with them, you might even be able to get set up on the day! This hands-on, personalised approach ensures you make an informed decision about incorporating Equissage into your routine.
While a demonstration is highly recommended, it’s not mandatory to purchase an Equissage Therapy system. Our primary concern as a company is the health and well-being of your horses, which is why we suggest having a free demonstration before deciding to invest in your own equipment. However, if you’re unable to or prefer not to have a demonstration, you can still purchase a system by speaking with one of our consultants over the phone. They will provide you with all the necessary information and ensure you’re making the best decision for your horse’s health. This way, you can feel confident in your purchase even without a demonstration.
